Clean booth(simple clean room) is a simple clean room which takes the shortest time and effort to install, we can manufacture clean booth with different cleanliness class and size according to customers’ requirements, so the most typical feature of clean booth are:Easy to operate, install, short time to construct and movable.

Clean booth is also can be used in clean room (with low cleanliness) where high cleanliness is required to reduce cost. Clean booth is an air purifying equipment which can provide purified air with high cleanliness for partial area. It consists of frame, FFU, pre filter, damping layer, lamp and others. Clean booth can be suspended, or floor stands. It can be used independently or can be assembled to be a clean area.

Clean room is made from aluminum profile (stainless steel), FFU supplies air, the frame is covered with anti-static curtain or plexiglass, the cleanliness class can be from 100 to 100000.

Structure of clean booth:

The frame of clean booth is made from industrial aluminum profile, and the air is supplied by FFU, the frame is coved with anti-static curtain or organic glass, the top of clean booth is sealed with blind plate. The cleanliness class in clean booth can vary from 10 to 100,000, which is suit for workshop high cleanliness is required in some area, such as assembly line, high precision products assembly area.

Material of clean booth:                      

1. Frame: stainless steel, firm, nice, anti-rust, dust-free;                    

2. Anti-static curtain: 0.5mm,good effect of anti-static; transparent, soft, not easy to deform or age; thermal insulation;                      

3. Anti-static organic glass: good effect of anti-static, transparent, not easy to deform or age;                     

4. The cover plate and blind plate are made from 1.2mm cold plate spray;                         

5. Clean lighting system is at customer’s option;                       

6. FFU: low noise centrifugal-type motor, long life time, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, speed adjustable, HEPA filter is with small initial pressure drop, large dust holding capacity.
